Warranty and Shipping
WARRANTY INFORMATION
All New, remanufactured and OEM parts come with the manufacturers warranty only, which generally covers replacement of parts due to manufacturers defect. Warranty coverage DOES NOT include the cost of shipping to return the part for warranty coverage. Warranty coverage does NOT cover damage caused by incorrect installation, abuse, mishandling or accidents, or normal wear. Unless the manufacturers warranty specifically provides for coverage, the Warranty will NOT cover labor charges, inconveniences, or any other expenses, nor incidental or consequential damages. Most manufacturer warranties require return of the part to the manufacturer, at your shipping cost, unused and undamaged, within a specified time, usually within 30 days of sale. Please check the manufacturers warranty with your part for specific details on coverage terms.
All used parts located through Parts Finder or otherwise provided by American Muscle are sold "AS-IS" and there is NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND ON USED PARTS. American Muscle apologizes for any inconvenience, but most used parts for muscle cars, vintage cars and classic cars come from salvage yards and/or dealers of such used parts and no warranty, express or implied is provided, as the parts are used. PLEASE IDENTIFY THE PARTS YOU WANT CLEARLY AND TAKE THE TIME TO CONFIRM THAT THE PART FOUND IS THE SPECIFIC PART YOU WANT AND THE RIGHT PART FOR YOUR APPLICATION. Questions about used parts located per customer's request through Parts Finder can be directed to American Muscle by responding to the email confirmation sent to you, confirming that your Parts Finder parts have been found.
Price and availability are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors. Prices are subject to change without notice and if prices have increased from what is posted, we will notify you. We are not responsible for errors in conversion made by your credit card company when it converts billing from Dollars to Euro. American Muscle has NO CONTROL over what rate credit card companies convert dolars to Euro or if they charge a fee for the conversion.
If, through our error, American Muscle supplies the incorrect part, inconsistent with your order, you may exchange it for the correct part only within 20 days from sale. No cash refunds. You MUST contact us at Sales@AmericanMuscle.dk WITHIN 10 DAYS OF YOUR RECEIPT OF THE SHIPMENT AND PRIOR to returning the item for confirmation of exchange per these terms. Once confirmation has been made by American Muscle, all returned items must be UNUSED AND IN RESALABLE CONDITION and the item[s] are to be returned to us postpaid. You must include a copy of your invoice with a complete written explanation of error in English.
Components sold as part of a kit are sold together at a reduced price as a kit and customers cannot be issued a credit for the return of individual components which were sold as part of a kit. This includes but is not limited to overhaul kits, power brake kits, tune-up kits, carburetor rebuild kits, engine kits, suspension kits, top end kits, and crate engines.
Please open and inspect your purchase immediately upon receipt. If any item is damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping carrier as all items are shipped with insurance at the value of the item purchased unless American Muscle is directed to ship the item at an increased value, or other value, per the customer's request. Retain original boxes and packing for inspection purposes.
THE WARRANTY PROVIDED BY THE MANUFACTURER OR AS SET FORTH HEREIN IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES FOR MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping rates vary based on size, weight and dimensions of the item or items shipped and whether shipped by land, air, sea, U.S. Postal Service or Third party carrier (i.e. DHL, Federal Express, UPS) and length of time from shipping to receipt desired. American Muscle will endeavor to find the most inexpensive rates using the most inexpensive carriers and will attempt to give you options ranging from days to delivery (more expensive) to weeks (less expensive). American Muscle will only charge you the actual charge levied by the shipping carrier and does not increase or "up charge" the postal rate. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TARIFFS, TAXES, CUSTOM CHARGES OR THE LIKE placed on the item[s] by your country. Any such fees charged by your country are generally incurred by you at the time you pick up the item from your postal carrier. Please check with the postal service in your country with questions. All orders are shipped to the credit card billing address or a credit card alternate address.
